College 408-741-2001 or register online.
After you have enrolled, email me.
This class
is conducted entirely online. The class will be open for you to begin
on the first day of school. Until then, you will only be able to review
this page.
What will you learn in this class?
At
the end of the class you will be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You will do many things in Word. The lessons are broken into individual
steps from one to five (1-5). The steps start at the beginning and take
you through formatting, inserting graphics, working with graphics, labels,
bullets and customizing bullets, tables and the nitty gritty of cut, copy,
paste, spell check, print preview and printing.
In Excel
you will learn how to enter text and numbers, save, print, enter formulas,
format cells, create charts, and link Excel data to Word and PowerPoint.
In PowerPoint
you will create slides, make changes, add images and charts, add motion
and sound, time and rehearse a presentation and learn how to take it with
you.
This should
be fun. You will have projects with each of the lessons. These projects
will demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of what you have learned.
This should be fun for you and me :-)
I am always
available via email.
